Real Madrid play poorly against Alaves but still win big
Nacho became the 19th different player to score for Real Madrid this season with a goal against Alaves.
It may have been one of their worst performances in recent months, certainly their worst performance in a 3-0 win. Real Madrid's victory over Alaves keeps Barcelona at bay, so it's all good, but Zinedine Zidane's men appeared to sleepwalk through the match. They took the lead through a dubious Karim Benzema goal, failed to kick it up a notch and then conceded at least two clear-cut chances to the visitors before closing things out late.
Mitigating factors? Sure, Marcelo, Sergio Ramos and Casemiro...
